08 — About

Eight years of feeds,
trends & real people.

I'm Filananda. Paris-based, four languages, eight years in social. At TikTok I looked after the Effect House creator community across Europe: 100+ ambassadors, a $6M rewards launch, and the platform's first developer conference, with 13,000 creators watching. None of it was a solo act. Most of my week went into getting product, engineering, PR and trust & safety pulling in the same direction so creators actually got what they needed.

Before that, Mobile Legends. I grew the Instagram from 1.2M to 11M and ran 300+ creator collabs with a moderation team I recruited and led. And then there's the symphony orchestra that learned to sell out concert halls through reels. Different stages, same habit: listen first, then build.

I still make things with my own hands. I can edit the video, design the carousel, write the caption. Not because I want to do every job on the team, but because knowing the craft makes me better at leading it: I brief editors precisely, I know what's feasible before I promise it, and I can tell good from almost-good. Then I hand it over and get out of the way.
